As employer, we are committed to drive innovation in high-tech ceramic materials and their technologies. Supportive innovations in regard to digitalisation and AI are highly welcome and help fostering & accelerating innovation in our key business areas - preceramic polymers, SiC fibers and CMC components via our sister company, BJS Composites GmbH.
